I slept from 10-4.30 most of my HSC. Had maybe a 15 minute nap on the commute home in the arvo.
This. Except I don't nap in the Arvo, and sleep 10:30/11-5/5:30. It all depends. The morning time is awesome once you stop slamming your head on your table from sleepiness.

yes i agree, mornings are awesome once you wake up. i'm usually in bed between 12 and 1 and then up between 6 and 630.

That's actually a good strategy. Once you start waking up early, you can't stay up to the time you would normally stay up to.

:jaw: 4.30? Why??
Throw in 2 hours of study, that's why. I'm slowly weaning myself towards it. No distraction makes it a great time to work. Consider you do 3 at night before you get tired, 2 in the morning means you can easily pull more study and use your tiem more efficiently.

Last night I dreamt about Edward, so lovely and bliss...
I hope you're feeling better after this nightmare of yours.

Lately I've been getting about 5-6 hours sleep. Sleep at 12:30-1:00, wake up at 6:00 or 6:30, depends on whether I have morning class.

I can't wait until this is all over. After the HSC, no one will be seeing me, I will be hibernating.

I currently have the best sleeping habit for year 12. Ranges from falling asleep at
12-5am and waking up at 7.30 for school. It's quite difficult to break a f'd up sleeping routine.

I sleep 10:30 till 6:30 most nights. I'll have to start waking up ealier to get to uni by 8 on the train, but i think ill just go to bed earlier to make up for it. I really like my sleep.

During the HSC i slept 9:00 till 5:00am, i worked heaps better being able to study in the mornings.

Normally go sleep at 12-1am, wake about 7am. So 6/7 hours sleep.
I'm generally fine.

Not really. As said earlier, you can make a habit of waking up early. OR, (I've found that this worked for me), do brain-busting homework in a hardcore fashion for about 4 hours at night or something. Look back at the work you done, then go to bed. Feel proud and don't think of anything else. You will be too tired to think anyways.

I go to bed anywhere from 10:00-12:00pm and get up at 7:00am...

I usually get my 8 hours. This plus coffee means that most days I'm fairly alert.

aww im getting into the morning mood again :D feels awesome to see the sunrise. The sleeping early waking up early method works. Worth it to try, got nothing to lose except an effed sleeping pattern.
has anyone tried sleep 10-1 wake up 5ish for 2 weeks. Then 11-3 wake up 7ish for 2 weeks. sleep 10-1 wake up 5ish for 2 weeks. repeat etc?
Just wondering if that will kill me :D
