Generally i hate women.

However these are my rankings for women based on my continuing time working in a call centre.

Rating top 10 types of women.

1) German Women

Very very kind, always say please and thanks, laugh quite often.

2) British Women

Not bad.

3) American Women

Get straight to the point, no small talk.
I prefer this.

8) Aussie older Women

Some of them keep records of every second of their call (pages and pages) and regularalry waste 20 mins of my time checking that their account is right)

9) Lebanese Women

Always want more money and try rip us off.

If we're talking demographics here

Men - regardless of age or ethnicity are usually much more reasonable than women. Some middle aged/older men can be assholes but on the whole I smile when I get a male customer (most of the customers @ my work are female)

Female - the older the get the nicer they aint. Until they hit 85+ and then they're exceedingly nice and call you dearie and keep you on the phone for 20 minutes talking about their grandkids/medication/the weather. Still preferable to the mean ones.

I'm pretty sure the customer being right rule was made to settle 50/50 disputes.

e.g. the other night some items still had the special tags on, even though they expired.

The customers queried and were given at the special price, our mistake that the tags were still up.

Where as if some argument about theft etc then the customer isn't right.

Its chatswood, 90% of our customers are Asian. 50% of them can't speak properly.
I made another post here about another lady who asked for a "GREEEY bus ticket" sounded like green but she wanted grey.

Well when you go to Japan for a holiday and speak english there.. they will say the same thing

tbh accent isnt ok - at least they ARE speaking english

its the people that come here to live and/or study and dont speak english that get annoying - sure you may not speak with the best accent but at least learn to speak english!

I was in Centrelink the other day and this one lady just kept saying money please money please to the lady at reception - i dont know if she could say anything but that in english...
