well they got shat on today and they had zero luck, but at least they won the second half.

They had no possession what so ever in the 1st half. Plus they've lost Kite, Heckenberg and King. We're in deep shit next week.

That was a pretty disgraceful display. They had moments of brilliance late in the 2nd half, but too little too late. They went back to their poor defense and dropping the ball too much in the first half.

playin @ suncorp isnt as hard as playin at the Cowboy's home stadium (really can't remember its name) appears to be

We beat the Cowboys there in round 1 last year and went on to lose our next 6.
As for that game, no top current 5 team this year hasn't received a thrashing,
Melbourne 50 BRONCOS 4 : 10 tries to 1
Sharks 38 COWBOYS 6 : 7 tries to 1
Manly 46 SHARKS 20 : 8 tries to 4 (Considering the Sharks have conceded less than 125 points in 7 games, a score of 46 is quite amazing)
Broncos 38 MANLY 36 : 8 tries to 2
Manly 36 CANBERRA 14 : 7 tries to 2
Expect us to boucne back against the Tigers next week, King and Kite are likely to be back soon with Glenn Stewart and Big A. Cuthbo able to fill out any other injuries to the forwards. Watmough's got more energy than and Energizer battery and Menzies should be able to handle the rigour of the city country match. Add on top of that that the Tigers' forwards have nothin and Manly are set for a big one.

Been a manly supporter all my life. its great to finally see the boys at the top end of the ladder. their defence this yr is a MAJOR improvement on last yr and Kite and Kennedy bring so much to the team. Stewart is an AWESOME player!
They were also lucky to have a good draw early.. placed them in a good possy early!!
i have doubts in their ability to last.. they got thrashed by the broncos and were lucky with the dogs (they had a few injuries) i think in terms of players, manly don't have the best side in the comp NO WAY!!
as for their chances?? i think with a bit of luck and consistent and improving play they are in with a shot!
