You are. By correcting me, or telling me I am wrong, you are implying that you somehow know what God's true character is.

For all we know, my depiction of your God is the correct one. But unless you're willing to determine his character for me, you can't question my interpretation.

You can question , but keep in mind who you are questioning. You need a healthy fear of God ( respect)
I suggest reading Job , a man who was righteous in God's eyes , smote with terible illness , robbed of all he had , all his family killed except his nagging wife. He DID nothing NOTHING wrong, yet God allowed it.
He questioned God , and God replied and questioned Job.
We do NOT see the BIG picture , we do not understand God.
Therefore , it is immensely foolish to judge him and find him wanting. Honestly. Silliness.
