ummm i got assessment task for english (ESL) to make a brochure. Wat kind of program is good to make a brochure? i mean ms word, or something else.

i heard that 50% of school assessment marks are used to be calculated for UAI. Does this mean if I got 50% of whole my marks out of 100%, I only got 25% counted towards the UAI?
