i heard that 50% of school assessment marks are used to be calculated for UAI. Does this mean if I got 50% of whole my marks out of 100%, I only got 25% counted towards the UAI?

Yeah, I think its roughly half your moderated assessment marks from school, and half what you got for you HSC Exam.
