Wednesday or Tuesday?

i go to a catholic school & we start on tuesday. i think most catholic schools do.
i think public schools start wednesday
not sure about private

all public start on wed. but mon *isn't* a public holiday, just a holiday for the teachers.

School officially starts on the Tuesday (as specified by the official Term Dates Calendar), however as trends continue, Public Schools have a pupil free day on the first day of the term (as with some other types of schools), hence they go back on the Wednesday.

For everyone else (myself included) who aren't so lucky, it's tuesday.

We have ours on Tuesday, but we have staff development day on friday so it's all messed up.

I'm Tuesday and I'm Public. But I have Friday off to make up to say 3 day weekend to study for Halfyearlies =D. + Wednesday is sport (Half day) and thursday is ahtletics carnival. So nyah.
