Actually, I think prenups are a good idea if it's fair.

Ie: everything split in half, unless one party cheated on the other, where you would then split things 60/40 as a punishment. Also, equal custody of your kids and like what zombie said, what belongs to you before the marriage stays yours.

okay scenario for you tards

consider this (actually happened)

this guy was a doctor specialising in some shit and idk making a couple of million dollars a year. anyway he had a break down and decided to go and work for some charity for 40k a year. his wife was like !~fuck dat111~ and divorced him, and put a claim in for alimony based on his capacity to earn, not his actual earnings.

the judge ruled that because he had the capacity to earn x million dollars but only chose to earn 40k was no excuse and originally ruled that the guy pay is retarded x wife some astronomical amount of cash dollars per month

what do u arse clowns think of this scenario
She is a jerk and deserves nothing and needs a job.

lol and now i dont understand, now you're saying he deserves it for marrying a gold digging bitch. thing is, maybe just maybe he didnt know she was a gold digging bitch to begin with. things dont necessarily start off nefariously, but money changes people.

its not about the money money money
you gotta understand m8
for lots of people
money is important
not everyone is a doctor, most people work fairly hard to make a modest living etc without money they can get pretty hungry

you dont have the same troubles, you know with your projected income that you will probably not have significant money problems so yuo have a different outlook on it

i probably wont either i will rape and pillage this land of ours and sell its minerals to china for a quick buck

well hes an idiot. if he didnt see that she was in it for the money then the deserves to loose the money.
my point is, people need to be realistic when they marry someone. look at the other person and really understand them. not marry them being head over heels in love but not seeing their many flaws or who they are. id rather not get married then marry someone i dont know better then i know myself.

alos, kids change alot of things

as far as i know they were high school sweet hearts, they had married before he was making a lot of money.

my point is, u guys are massively retarded and are in all likelihood, 12 and therefore have no understanding of actual relationships in the real world.

you guys appear to have little comprehension of the complexities of life, things arent black and white and things arent always glaringly obvious. you keep banging on about love but i mean really, marriage is a business proposal more than anything.

lol im not 12. i know things arnt black and white. and thats my point exactly, marriage is a business proposal in most cases and thats why pre nups are needed. and im saying thats wrong. people have stopped getting married from love.

think about your rents. in my case, my mum was a stay at home mum. now if my parents were to get a divorce and they had a prenup, should my mum be left with nothing? no way. she works just as hard as my dad. should she be forced to live in a lower social class after being subject to a different for so many years of her life because she didnt work? no way.
