Do you mean when you're older?

Does anyone know if you need you HSC to be a store manager? If so, at what level of management do you need it at? I know you dont for a Dept manager.

OMG BACK AT MY OLD STORE IN 5 DAYS =D!
Don't think so. My SSM was saying on Sunday how not doing Year 12 never harmed her.

why you going back t oyour old store?

and yea, when i'm older maybe 16 or 17 depending on if they let me.
...so, what sort of experience do you have?
What's your school performance like?
Are you seriously willing to drop out of school to pursue a career in management with Woolworths?
What level of management are you aiming for?

A question about WoWpos sco: do you still have to print signatures & sales reports at the end of the day? if so,how?
Good question... not sure though. I think that the sales summary is now available on the computer for the office to see and most likely the signatures too. Seems silly to print them when they are already in an electronic format.

I can understand starting with Woolies at that age.... but I'm confused about what Manic is asking.... if they can enter straight into management at age 16??

(And store management at that.... has to be a troll....)

I think thats what he's asking.

Our Current Grocery 2IC could not be given his current position until he turned 18. Maybe there's an issue there, not sure?

Not too bad. Don't know how busy it will be.

I just know we will be dead. Coz our trading hours are so packed in, we are busy all the time. But these extended trades are poorly promoted.
Fuck living in a tourist precinct. I don't even know who would come on holidays here anyway.

We'll be packed until 9 (our old closing time) and gradually slow, after 10 will be dead.
