Apparently there's such as thing as sleeping cycles, so oversleeping isn't good for you...
I've worked out a nice routine; 1230 bed time and 730 wake up leaves me completely fresh in the morning. Must be exactly the end of my cycle.

Insomniac.
Any sleep AT ALL is a "blessing".
Went for over 3 1/2 weeks without sleep a few times.
It was... unpleasant.

I need chocolate. :'( (Not allowed).

Maximum I sleep is probably around 7, with the average being around 6.

< 6 hours

But then again, it's always been like that for me. I survive off <6 hours sleep for a month or so, then I crash one day and have like a 8 hour nap plus my 6 hours of sleep

It's not healthy, I know =p

<6 hours

Really I am lucky to get 6 hours sleep at all, but I survive. There's so much work to do and I can never seem to work efficiently in the early afternoon so hence I'm up late. Lol wednesday and thursday night I got a culmulative 7 hours worth of sleep, the recommended amount for one night. I intend to catch up (even though I know that it isn't technically possible to catch up on sleep) as soon as it is all over.

Jaysus, how does eveyrone survive here with such little sleep?
I drift through days zombie-like without 7 hours sleep.

I agree with the above statement. I need to spend at least 7 hours sleeping. Otherwise, I will be a walking zombie throughout the day.

Arghh.... triple all nighters (well, abit exaggerated but an extended period of sleep deprivation for sure ). Bloody assessments, how could they realistically cram 6 assessments in such a short period.

Oh well, no more assessments ever again. :hammer:
