Oh, I'm sure that you will gain motivation sooner or later. Hopefully sooner :)

All you can really do is your best.

the problem there's always this competition and comparsion between the familys children. It is just annoying to hear your parents stating how your cousins are a sucess at HSC(esp emphasis on UAI), courses at UNI,careers etc.In addition it is typical that parents say children are a represention of them and if your shit or something you and your family are going to be 'labelled' while your other smart cousins are praised with good reputation.

There is always UWS.
Please do not say things like that. Some people in this forum are actually proud that we go to UWS.

They are worried about their marks. UWS have comparatively lower UAI cut-offs. Thus UWS may just be the Uni for them!

I suggest you have a closer look at the UAC book, especially law, you will see cutoffs are similar to nsw and usyd. So before you make assumptions about uws, please find out the facts before hand :)

IceBreaker, ur a classic story of someone collapsing under the pressure of the burden of expectation that is associated with the HSC. Advice: just try ur best, thats the only thing u can do ATM.

I think that this is a bad approach, rather you should use ur shit marks as motivation to try harder.
isn't that what i meant?....
