Of course City want Eto'o. He is just smart enough to realise that he will win nothing there. That is why Barry is a tool, sure he gets a fat wad of cash each week, but are they really going to finish in the top 4 this year? Or next? It's not like he really needs the money either. I can see this ending badly for City when the owners get bored after not attracting genuine world class players.

I think he will if he's getting Aguero in return...

Aguero > Berba.

I doubt Man Utd really are finished with regards to signing players. I reckon they still have one big signing up their sleeve.

Looks like Tevez is finally going to move to Man City on a monstrous wage.

Hughes won't last long there IMO, he doesn't have the nous to manage a team challenging for the title.

Rof @ challenging for the title. Challenging Villa, Spurs and Everton for the UEFA cup spots more like it.

They have only bought good (except for Tevez) players rather than great ones, for ridiculously inflated rises. And their midfield, defence and keeper are mid-table mediocrity standard.

The club have expectations of challenging for the title.

Hughes doesn't have the reputation or knowledge to attract the right kind of players.

The ironic thing is that if they sign Terry and Adebayor they will hinder their chances of making the top four, not helping it. Chelsea and Arsenal will gladly have those high earners off their wage bill and the 20m+ they will get for both will allow them to buy high quality replacements.

Wenger will probably just hand Bendtner a regular starting spot, lol

Why the fuck is no big club picking up huntelaar on the cheap ?

he might end up at stuttgart, or tottenham, pathetic for what was one of the worlds most promising strikers pre madrid experiment.
