that was almost 9 months ago and I am still there lol

I applied at the begining of July, did the test a week later and only late last week did they start reference checking...they are sooo slowww

you have to sign up again as a christmas casual, if it's the same as the last few years it's a different form so sign up again

I'm fairly sure you have to reapply for christmas, but you shouldn't have to do the group interview again. You can ring their office to check with them.

That depends on how good you are...some people get kept on, others don't. If you work hard over Christmas and impress your manager you are likely to stay.

Just did the congnitive ability test. Went to the toilet for like 5 of the 20 minutes and I ended up achieving at the top end, go figure.

just some advice...if you are going to be working at BigW (in particular chullora) I would consider thinking about the way u would like to be treated by other employees especially managers...trust me it all sounds good until u START!!!! really think about what (other than money) u want from the job cause sum ppl can be soo rude and inconsioderate....I worked there for 2 months nd would NEVA do it again!!!!

I smiled heaps and acted extra friendly, was interviewly attired and brought my resume

point of the group exerise is to see how you communicated and relate with others
