Yes your right in a way, but I try not to get my hopes up too high, and try to be a bit realistic. Don't get me wrong, I would love to hold those ranks, but anything can happen.

Equal 1st in Geography
1st/2nd/3rd in Modern History, only 2 marks separate the people at the top
2nd in Business Studies
10th in Advanced Maths (cohort of about 45)
Probably around 8th in Advanced English
15/16 in Extension 1 Maths
14/15 in Extension 1 English. (only one assessment task though for the last 2)
