Hello! New here, I'm doing

2: Chemistry (fun! who wouldn't like naming hydrocarbon chains?)
2: Physics (not hard but not that interesting either)
2: Modern History (awesome, our teacher is great and work is interesting)
2: Maths (I used to like math, but now...)
1: Math Ext 1
2: Eng Advanced (OK, but really, really vague...)
1: Eng Extension 1 (Grrr, teacher's a bitch)

But I'm one of the laziest people in the whole state so I fully expect to screw up one or more of them by year's end. :( Bets?

That's apprehensible, due to your name :).
the people at our school who do both chem and physics say physics is better - the opposite to what electrolysis thinks... hmmm

No way! Chemistry is way better than physics :). Though I like my physics teacher much more than my Chemistry teacher, who just feeds us with worksheets and doesn't teach us properly.

Nah, I prefer Physics over Chemistry (at the moment). Both my teachers are probably the best teachers in their respective subjects, however, I just seem to grasp Physics' concepts a lot easier than some of the Chemistry concepts in "The Chemical Earth".

chemistry is better coz its more interesting and enjoyable, whereas physics isnt, plus we are doing a boring topic on waves.

I do chemistry but not physics, but last year I found the chemistry ideas more interesting than the physics ones. I've never really been interested in physics. Hence I didn't take it!
Biology is becoming boring, however...

Hey there fellow suffering year 11'ers...

Straight to the meat of it, yes? =]

1. Advanced english (Love it. Easy.)
2. Extension english. (Dare I say it, even easier than advanced?)
3. 2 unit maths... (-Sigh- Will post on my maths dilemma later.)
3. I.T (Started with a teacher SO good, we know most of the syllabus from the last 2 years. New teacher is going to send most of the class down the toilet..)
4. Physics (Teacher is quite possibly the worst in NSW. Is there somewhere where I can nominate her for this?)
5. Chemistry (Awesome teacher, a great challenge but I understand it ^_^)
6. Studies of religion 1 (Oh man. It doesn't get much easier, really. IPT is, but for four classes a fortnight, this is a breeze.)

Anyway. Good luck in year 11 guys! =] Wish you all the best.

I do PDHPE, yer, no one does it on here - I think it is considered a little too easy - but I find it challenging just by the sheer volume of content we have to wade through. As for the people on here, on a general level, more people do the sciences and extensions. Which is good, less competition with the smart people :).

Buisness Studies doesn't have to count if you do Chem and Bio well. Although you should have done economics instead. If possible you should switch to economics, ask if they can give you an estimate for your first assessment mark at the end of the year. Besides, economics and buisness studies are very similar, they even have a bit of overlap i think.
