as the title says...which mark (exam, assess, HSC) is the one they use to determine our performance band?

for part iii, did you guys do the sum of the series from row 1-20 + the sum of the series from row 21-top row??? Or did you include row 20 in both your calculations?? ( ie. second series was row20-top row) thanks
