edwards hall! hey - i got accepted into edwards hall. got a call the other day. quite exciting but i'll know nobody. they sed they would post stuff thru the mail but i havent got any of that yet...oh well, at least now i know i'm in!

they send in a scaled marks and teachers can alter the gaps any way they want - depending on what will be the best for the entire class kind of. as in, if someone is gunna struggle with the hsc they will most likely put the gap between the first and last person as higher not to disadvantage teh...

write essay on the construction of history and aims and purposes - can adapt them to most questions they will ask unless they decided to be really obscure this year. at least im hoping thats what works. too late to figure out different ways of study now

theres too many options for them to specify a different question for each topic...there would be pages and pages of exam for about a quarter of the page u needed to get your question. i highly doubt they'll do it...and if they do, this year better not be the year

when u look at the indicators of globalisation - has this affected external stability? if so, how. volatility of the $A? increased terms of trade? - ive got no idea but have a feeling this could be asked as an essay...any help would be much appreciated

i think exchange rates because the paper was set just as the $A reached 0.80 and yep, after its app from last yr - so maybe globalisation's effect on e/r's? - e/r hasnt been tested in teh new course in the essays anyway. monetary policy and inflation was last yr - so not sure that they'll do...

yep - i'm with u. i hated it and we never covered it properly in class so i went into the exam with very little clue because i hated it so much i never made much an effort - had 20 minutes to write the whole thing...so yep, the worst thing is, i dont even think the extra time on the others would...
