I just applied for a mid-year admission to UNSW flexible first year engineering. It was exactly the same as applying for uni after the HSC. UAC will give you a pin nd you pay about $40 to apply. You can select a few courses and you can fill out a FEAS application if you'd like them to consider...

Well it took us 7 weeks to get our trials back. And we never even had an outline for the trials. Some kids were told the wrong amount of related texts to have and whatnot... And in our Frontline assessment (which they 'sent us the wrong outline for') the only comment I got was...

OK got my trials back for english- 30/125 now that's what i call improvement!!! would anybody be able to give me an estimate? My careers advisor said 93+ but that seems a little high. I'd be happy with anything above 87

Does anyone know if key BOS terms HAVE to be used in an assessment? We had a really confusing english assessment today and there was no key word used for the essay question!?!? It didn't tell us what to do. this was the question: "Emma is just as much about herself as it is about Clueless"...

my school does similar things we get ranks at random times throughout the year based on assessment tasks. the ranks usually come around a month after the task because it takes soooo long for the school to regulate the marks, standard deviations etc. due to students contesting for extra marks...
