I guess bc 4 terms of content for year 12 is more important than 4 terms of content for year 11
Because the final term of hsc is always exams so they needed to provide a complete 4 terms for year 12 because thats more of the content that would actually be in the exams
year11 are the slaves most of my teachers barely taught before we got to year12
