90 raw should scale to a 96 or 97 even because last year 90 scaled to a 95

What did you guys get for Keq in that question, and the concentration of NaOH in the other one?

This exam was terrible for anyone who isn't a band 6 student. The questions were made to differentiate between the b5/b6 students. Students are going to be so turned off enrolling in chem because it's perceived to be difficult. I know scaling works and marks are adjusted, but still, like the bio exam, this was extremely difficult for the average student.

I've been teaching chem for 3 years now and every year enrolments have been on a downward trend. It's such a shame.
