I did that last year with my maths book. Somehow, drawing margins is a very therapeutic thing for me. If I ever got stuck on a maths question, I'd just draw lots of margins in my book and it made me feel a lot better because I was still doing something "productive".

Needless to say, my maths book ended up looking a lot like a scrapbook

Get either Uniball Jetstream or Papermate Inkjoy 300 or 700

When it came to churning out essays under exam conditions I found that they were the best.

not a graphic a scientifc is fine for all maths IMO, casio fx82au plus is for 20bucks, and really good.
