One of the WO questions from the Independent trial paper was: Assess the effectiveness of legal AND non-legal responses, to the need for change to achieve world order.

This is a bit of a general question, does anyone know if we're required to use the contemporary issues in our response e.g. the principle of 'responsibility to protect', regional and global situations that threaten peace and security etc?

It probably would be a good idea to bring them up in your discussion.
