yeh i think its because i gave the TFN thats why it says i have no liabilityObtain a HECS-HELP loan for ALL or PART of my student contribution amount
(You must provide your TFN or a certificate from the Tax Office on or before the census date)

Login into your account in myUNSW and click "My Student Profile" tab. In the middle of the screen you will see "Pay now" button, click on that button and follow the instructions to make the payment.
