Log on to myunsw. There will be a tab which shows you the exact amount you owe and "paying" online. It should be what you're looking for.

I thought "Deferred Pay Option Post 05" mean a full defer and/or partial upfront?

Can anyone confirm this?

Your tuition fee payments or upfront student contributions are due no later
than Friday, 2 March 2007. Please arrange for your payment to be received at
UNSW by this date.
Log into myUNSW -> My Student Profile -> Commonwealth Govt. Forms
That will take you through the process of changing your liability status.

My Student Profile -> Fee Statement & Payment Options -> View Details for current session.

It will say deferred if you've chosen to defer, but it doesn't mean you can't make an upfront payment. Click Payment Options to see how to pay.

ps. Although I've never been able to confirm it, I believe its because if you've given your TFN, you are not required to make the up front payment, hence your status is full deferred payment. But if you don't give your TFN, then you must make the up front payment, and hence the other liability statuses.

i followed the government forms again and made sure i chose this.
Obtain a HECS-HELP loan for ALL or PART of my student contribution amount
(You must provide your TFN or a certificate from the Tax Office on or before the census date)
If obtaining a HECS-HELP loan, do you wish to make a partial up-front payment of your student contribution?
(Payments of $500 or more will attract a 20% discount)
yeh i think its because i gave the TFN thats why it says i have no liability

i emailed them today (UNSW student central)
Dear Student,

Login into your account in myUNSW and click "My Student Profile" tab. In the middle of the screen you will see "Pay now" button, click on that button and follow the instructions to make the payment.
i dont see that BUTTON

but i went to My Student Profile -> Fee Statement & Payment Options -> View Details for current session., i thinks thats where u pay..

thanx
