basically what the title says, what happens if everyone cheated in a maths exam ?

Cheating, from the teacher giving hint to answer in the exam before hand *ie the shape to a question, pointing to the correct answer during the hand, and gestures of an answer being wrong?

would we all get a new paper? or just all get o? What are the implications for the teacher?

Then you'd all get 0 and be equal 1st

So everyone wins at the end of the day (except for those really competitive kids who hate being "equal" with others)

Well if everyone was equal you'd have a right to be pissed off.

Good luck getting a band 4 automatically cos whatever you get doesn't even count.

It depends on your school policy for dealing with these matters. I would say don't worry yourself too much about possible implications and just do your best, it is however best to avoid this situation because it doesn't really help in giving your class a realistic indication of how you will be performing in the external HSC exam which means that your class marks are in danger of being pulled down.
