Open day was pretty good, made me rethink a little bit on my preferences . Good to meet da monstar, and see mclake, briefly it may be . Robot soccer is soooo cool

I talked to the lecture guy, the med lecture was really good. Since I was there in the computer lab with the med types (I know some that came to the Fort) at about 3:30 I got to talk to him for a while about studying med. Reinforced my will to go through, even though it's 15 YEARS in uni Damn, I'm gonna be poor forever.

Why 15 years ? isn't it only takes 7 years ?

Well, I'm looking at arts/med, including one year of exchange and then specialisation in psych. That means 7 years arts/med undergrad plus one year overseas (int studs), then about 5 years doing psych. work in the two years of internship/residency, and you've got your 15 years... yow.

and 3-6 yrs in specialisation

sif u cant, i got like 10 pens just by talking at random science stalls and walking up to those ppl holding pens in their hands... could have got more but didnt feel like it, also got 2 free sausages at the bbq, right at the beginning when it was serve yourself... i saw laz and timbk right at the front of the queue and i wouldve said hi cept free food was more important they were virtually throwing the bottles away and frisbies...

I couldn't be bothered getting the orange/red pens, no challenge Didn't we all get those last year anyway? I got a fistfull of last year's purple ones, still working through them. The aviation pens were cool though, and the bags owned Sydney's. Damn I love expo
