If you're at high street, it's an easy walk anyway if your bus is late or you cannot be bothered waiting for it. Definitely a walk, but not a hard one.

Rob wittenmeyer confirmed best
No way, check D94's image. You just walk down doncaster ave. See the image and doncaster ave x ascot st the round-a-bout? There's an entry there you walk up into. It's a 15 minute walk, quicker if you walk fast.
Oh, Anzac Pde Opp Carlton St is the appropriate stop. That's 5 minute by bus.what's the bus number?
Stopping at Anzac Pde near Addison St is pointless... you still need to walk quite far: http://puu.sh/ppNgg/96db86acee.jpg

Yeah, opp Carlton St is ideal.Oh, Anzac Pde Opp Carlton St is the appropriate stop. That's 5 minute by bus.
It's a bit longer than that since you can't take the shortcuts. Lower to upper for me is something like 10 minutes. It's the same distance as walking from one end of campus to the other, not that far.
Why???? Why would anyone want to walk to upper campus.Looking at the map, just walk from upper campus down Wansey (beware light rail works) and turn left when you get to Alison road and keep walking until you get there. Walk is like 15-20 mins
