I really don't understand....she's like in the Top 5 for all but two of her subjects, and neither of her two other subjects are -horrible-, and she gets a UAI estimate of 80?

Only her Maths 2unit and Legal Studies are good for her scaling.
And the rest are not that good but in my opinion i would say 80-87.5.
And she hasn't stated her mark either.

Marks don't matter. And I have seen tonnes of people getting 96 UAI with a combination of General Mathematics, Industrial Technology, English (Standard), Visual Arts, Geography and SOR I.

Thats pretty good considering the persons subjects.
But it must be quite hard getting 100% in Industrial Technology (not making a stupid mistake) than getting 69% in Maths Ext. 2.

Um, I don't know. That guy was a freak though. He aced all his subjects and got Premier's Award.

Surprisingly, no. But he probably missed out tonnes of that by few marks margin.

Yeah my cousin got a UAI of 100 and she did, standard English, textiles, geography, visual arts and ancient history. If you get in the 90's for whatever your subject is they all even out the same pretty much anyway. It is just the mid range marks that have the scaling problem.

When was it? I don't remember English Standard students getting 100 UAI. The top UAI in the last 4 or 5 years was 99.90 or 99.95 UAI.

Re: What UAI are you aiming for?

Are many people doing their subjects for scaling or university prerequisites?
