Roar is pretty much home and hosed. Round 21 could be a potentially huge game.

Gotta have one first before you can have another!

How about that, Griffiths is going to get the Warren medal after punching a linesman in the nutsack.

I was at that match. Was sitting basically 10 metres from the sideline where it happened. Should have been sent off.

To make it worse, because the ref (only) gave him a yellow, the match review panel couldnt do anything.

Mariners v Jets games are lots of fun though! Ohhh, I hate dirty Newcastle Jets.

...end rant.

You'd think he could do bit better than Japanese 2nd division wouldn't you? =p

Re: The Official A-League Thread.

He is only going there on loan, and only going to a team that low because Littbarski (former Sydney FC manager) manages a Japanese 2nd division team, still loves the A-League and is willing to do what he can for A-League players, if he can get something out of it, of course. That is, when he's not buying old Sydney FC players to play for his team, which he did with Ceccoli and Rudan.

Ah well, we'll just have to win the finals then.

Even though Sydney FC is only my second team. I'm a Perth Glory supporter.

Well, sorry. I've always been a Perth Glory supporter, and I feel an affinity for a Sydney team, seeing as I live in New South Wales. Really, I don't see what this has to do with hardening up. No way do I support them like I support Perth.

Why not just go to the game as a neutral when Perth are not playing?

Sydney vs Melbourne (head to head regular season)

Played 9
Melbourne won 4 (15 goals scored)
Drawn 4
Sydney won 1 (8 goals scored)

Fairly abysmal on Sydney's behalf.
