Super Junior-Super Show4 concert cancelled.

As a promoter of Super Junior- Super Show 4 in Sydney, JK Entertainment would like to apologize for the unfortunate cancellation of the concert, scheduled for 5th May 2012 at Allphones Arena in Sydney.
The reason for calling off the event was due to director of promoter's current medical issue which requires immediate treatment. As a director, he is heavily involved with organizing such a big event like "Super Show4"; unfortunately, he is currently unable to administer the event with his current condition.
However, we strongly believe that we will recover from this period and reposition ourselves in the near future with well-planned events. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused.
We, as the promoter sincerely apologise to the people who have been at loss morally and materially, especially to the fans, media partners also the sponsorship partners.
Please refer below for information about organising your refund if you have purchased a ticket for the event. Refund will be available through the original point of purchase.
Please note the refunding process will be staring from Monday 16th Apr 2012, please be patient just for little longer until the next update.

TICKETEK -REFUND INFORMATION
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CREDIT CARD:
If you purchased tickets using your credit card, the full purchase price will be refunded automatically to your credit card. Please allow seven days for the refund to come through.
FOR TICKETS PURCHASED BY CASH/EFTPOS:
If you purchased your tickets at a Ticketek agency, Cash/ EFTPOS refunds are available at the point of purchase*, Head Office agencies (see below for locations) or by post.
In person at:
Head Office Agency Sydney - Ticketek@Level 5, Castlereagh St Westfield Sydney
Head Office Agency Wollongong - WIN Entertainment Centre, Wollongong
Head Office Agency Canberra - Akuna St, Canberra
* Note: Any tickets purchased from a Westfield Agency must be returned to one of the above Ticketek Head Office Agencies for a refund.
Refunds will only be provided to the original purchaser with photo identification.

NON TICKETEK SALES: TICKET OUTLETS
The promoter and the sponsors have all the record of your ticket purchase, therefore you will be contacted shortly to arrange for your full refund. Refunding process for outlet purchase will be starting on 16th Apr 2012.
For Media-Asia, EasyWay & Meet Fresh customers:
JK Entertainment will contact you directly to help you out with refunding process (starting from 17th Apr 2012)

FOR THE COMPETITION WINNERS
The promoter will provide a gift package to the all the winners as compensation of this promotion and express of our apology

So, now the SS4 Concert is cancelled for another reason as opposed to low ticket sales:

"Just rang JK Entertainment. Apparently it's not because of low ticket sales but the event manager is in a serious medical condition and they're trying to figure out if they can proceed. They said that an official announcement won't be coming til Tuesday or later and in THE WORST CASE scenario we will be getting full refunds (as we should)."
