I left out that damn 'prove that there are two solutions' question, couldnt remember the method even though i covered it last night. Also left out that parametric equations of the curve thing. Other then that, got most of the rest :) Best case scenario, although unlikely, ~90, worst case ~70.

Edit: for physics has anyone managed to find out where they posted those chaos assessment marks?

i did the entire multiple choice in pen
i didn;t hear him say use pencil and i read the sheet and no where it said to use pencil... meh

i rkn i got about 12/15 for mc

i ran out of time for the main paper, i.e. had 5 mins to do all of q6 so i left out most of it, maybe 5 marks all up for it

other than that everything was good except the paramettric question and a couple of others which i just bs'd

hoping for between 60 and 75 but who knows, for all i know i might get 0 for mc since i did it in pen.

Gordo: It is that it is computer marked and they had no spares. So if you made a mistake in pen it was fucked.

note to all. If you sit in MacLaurin Hall for your exams, and you are in seat 114... wear really thick long socks. There was the worst draught today and my feet were going to fall off they were so cold....

but at least math1001 is over.....

i think i only changed my answer for 1 of them

so thats annoying but i guess it could have been worse

it would have been nice for them to tell us that... or did they?

Well thats what I gathered, worst case scenario is it isn't read by the comp and you get 0.

But it will probably read it.

I gathered thats what they meant by emphasising they had no spares.

but there were no marks on the sides of the sheets
all sheets marked by cmputers have lines running down the side to guide the cmputer as to which question it is marking

this one ahd nothing

i really doubt its marked by a computer, i suspect it will be done using a template

I was a few minutes late (lucky there was a 1 hour delay :p) and didn't hear the bit about multiple choice in pencil, and it wasnt written anywhere on the sheet, so i did the whole thing in pen :/

will they double check the papers that the scanners cant read?

Hmm I wonder why the student number would then need to be coded in. If its done by template it shouldnt matter.

Oh well.

2 exams down, 4 to go. Grr to exams.
I got one subject mark back - Professional practice 83%. but it was my easiest subject...
i do better at assignments than exams.... so exams are uber hard.

grrrr so hard to motivate myself for Industrial relations on monday.
i've got nothing until then and only need 77.25% for a High Distinction in this exam.
It so feels like I'm just going to leave it till Sunday night and screw it up

for all those Arts kids who did HSTY1045....ug what a bitch of an exam! actually it probably would have been a good exam if I had a chance to study.

But seriously, 3 essays in 2 hours. Reminds me of HSC.
