Season 5 came out 2 nights ago (US). Such an awesome intro. But the rest of the episode seems pretty standard.

I just watched 6 episodes of Season 2 which I bought the other day :D

I've got seasons 1-4 on dvd that my gf bought when she was in the philippines. Seasons 3 and 4 are hdtv-rips burnt onto dvd. As with most other pirated dvds from SE Asia these days, they're really professionally put together - complete with menus and all!

My absolute favorite show :D

Also, did you guys know that John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox) has a 9-year old son, Max, who's got Down Syndrome? Turns out he auditioned for the role because it would mean he could constantly be at home (California, where scrubs is shot, in a decommissioned medical centre) with his son whilst working on the show. There's a bit of trivia for you ;)
