A 37-year-old American businesswoman and married mother of three is seeking justice after she was thrown in jail by Saudi Arabia's religious police for sitting with a male colleague at a Starbucks coffee shop in Riyadh.

Yara, who does not want her last name published for fear of retribution, was bruised and crying when she was freed from a day in prison after she was strip-searched, threatened and forced to sign false confessions by the Kingdom's “Mutaween” police.

Her story offers a rare first-hand glimpse of the discrimination faced by women living in Saudi Arabia. In her first interview with the foreign press, Yara told The Times that she would remain in Saudi Arabia to challenge its harsh enforcement of conservative Islam rather than return to America.

Also, what'd you expect from a Muslim country?

I'm still waiting for the token Muslim to:

1. Justify the actions
2. Blame the article on the zionist run media
3. Go on a tangent about how everyone hates Muslims for no reason.

What do you expect from a country where converting from Islam is punishable by (usually public) executions.

Yeah, sexing a 9 year old girl was not paedophilia because paedophilia is derived from Greek meaning child lover. Muhammad spoke Arabic and thus was not a paedophile.

True. It's kinda like the US government which has held hundreds of people without trial for years, tortured them and covertly executed people. Then they immediately blame the threat of terrorism, how 911 changed everything, the liberal media and muslims in general. Not saying the Saudi's aren't worse, just refreshing everyones memory.
Ssshhhhhhh
WHAT ARE YOU DOING !!!!!!!!!!

A 27-year-old Indian GP and married father of one is seeking justice after he was thrown in jail by Australia's terror police for supposedly giving his sim card to someone who committed a crime.

Haneef, who does not want his middle name published for fear of retribution, was bruised and crying when he was freed from weeks in prison after he was strip-searched and forced to sign false confessions by Australian police.

His story offers a rare first-hand glimpse of the discrimination faced by muslims living in Australia. In his first interview with the foreign press, he told The Times that he would remain in Australia to challenge its harsh enforcement of "terror" laws rather than return to India.

EXACTLY!

Australia is so discriminatory against Muslims unlike Muslim countries. Muslim countries treat non-Muslims as good if not better than they treat themselves.

It is hard to explain it to some of you because you are so skeptical and critical of anything that isn't Christian (because all non-Muslims except for those who live in Israel and run media companies are Christian).

In Muslim countries we make kaffir pay an extra tax. Some of you skeptics say this is a form of 'subjugation' but they are wrong. We charge the infidels an extra tax for their own good. If they do not want to join us (the only true religion of the world) we will show them that they should.

Secondly, skeptics talk of our double standard towards non-Muslims in our legal system. This is not a double standard as such as a double standard implies being equal in some sense. All Muslims know that the life of an infidel is not worth half that of a Muslim. If it was such, Muhammad (pbuh) would not order us to fight them, he would not order us to strike them and he would not order us to kill them. This 'double' standard in the legislative system is fair - treat a Muslim for being equal to a Muslim and the Kaffir for being equal to a kaffir.

Thirdly, many illinformed people take issue with our treatment of women. This issue surely shows their ignorance. As like the Kaffir, is a women truely equal to that of a man? Of course not. The great prophet Muhammad (pbuh) told us this in his own words. Women are inherently deficient in both faith and mind. So why is this an issue with Australian's? This is because they reject the truth that is Islam!

Why should a women receive equal inheratance? Why should a women drive? Why should a women get an education? To do such is just silly. Would you let someone who is mentally half that of a man drive? Would you let one who is half that do your accounting? I would not and I would hope you neither did.

I hope now all the skeptics and those on their crusade against Islam can see how we in our Islamic republics and kingdoms do not practice discrimination. Our actions are pure and just.

What reason did you have to detain Mr. Haneef?

This shows the xenaphobia and religious discrimination within Australian society. You are a lost and poor ungodly people.

O Prophet! Exhort the believers to fight. If there be of you twenty steadfast they shall overcome two hundred, and if there be of you a hundred (steadfast) they shall overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are a folk without intelligence.
Oh, sup Quran?

The difference is the Haneef fiasco has triggered a judicial inquiry. The Saudi incident is WITHIN the law and is standard procedure. Even you can't seriously believe that Saudia Arabia's record on human rights isn't far, far worse then Australia's record. That's like comparing Zimbabwe with the UK.
