A march in France, commemorating the 12 or so killed in the charlie hebdo attack, with a million attending, and 40 world leaders including Britain's David Cameron, Germany's Angela Merkel and Spain's Mariano Rajoy along French President François Hollande are Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, the filthy dictator Jordan's King Abdullah II and Queen Rania, Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Where were all these world leaders and people when approx 200 (mostly children) were slaughtered in Pakistan. Where was the march of solidarity there by these world leaders and people?

What about when 30+ got killed in Yemen in a bomb by Al Qaeda 2 days ago? Where was the world leader march then?

What about when the US shot down an Iranian airliner killing 200+ (all) on board. Where was the march then?

What about when the thousands got killed in Palestine? Where was the world leader march then?

What about the terrorist attack that occured in Lebanon today? Where was the world leader march then?

What about the rest of the plethora terrorist attacks that have occurred elsewhere than the Western world? Where was the fukn world leader march then?

NO. For some reason Western lives are more important and higher than that of anyone else (who deserve to be ignored) huh?

George Orwell's message is worth noting : Everyone is equal. But some are more equal than others
Yes, and i shall laugh at your comment, because its stupid...

And oh, its fault of ISIS and lefties that everybody is getting killed left right and center in pakistain, palastain, france, australia and whatever.... nothing to do with the USA or whatever

Just for lolz

yes it's almost as though european world leaders, or foreign world leaders trying to get brownie points, have a preference towards caring deeply about european issues that directly effect europeans over eastern conflicts

KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, Jan 10, (RTRS): Hundreds in southern Afghanistan rallied to praise the killing of 12 people at the French newspaper Charlie Hebdo, calling the two gunmen “heroes” who meted out punishment for cartoons disrespectful to Islam’s prophet, officials said Saturday. The demonstrators also protested President Ashraf Ghani’s swift condemnation of the bloody attack on the satirical newspaper, according to the officials in Uruzgan province.

The rally came after worshippers left Friday prayers at a local mosque in Chora district and swelled to several hundred people, said Chora police chief Abdul Qawi. “The protesters were calling the attackers heroes and were shouting that those who had mocked the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) were punished,” Qawi said. Provincial police chief Matiullah Khan said that police had been informed in advance of the demonstration, which was allowed under the Afghan constitution’s free-speech provisions. “They provided good security and it was peaceful,” he said.

16% of French Citizens Support ISIS, Poll Finds

http://www.newsweek.com/16-french-citizens-support-isis-poll-finds-266795

One in six French citizens sympathises with the Islamist militant group ISIS, also known as Islamic State, a poll released this week found.

The poll of European attitudes towards the group, carried out by ICM for Russian news agency Rossiya Segodnya, revealed that 16% of French citizens have a positive opinion of ISIS. This percentage increases among younger respondents, spiking at 27% for those aged 18-24.

A recent Ifop poll placed French president Francois Hollande’s approval rating at just 18%.

yeah only a tiny minority of muslims are extremist

gg no re
Not only does this sound like an extraordinarily dodgy poll but Muslims make up less than 10% of the french population so like where is the rest of this support coming from lol

Assuming the study has a higher proportion of Muslim participants, are these people selected at random from the Muslim population or selected from one or two mosques with known radical preachers?

Egyptian student, 21, sentenced to 3 years in jail for atheism

A 21-year-old Egyptian student has been sentenced to three years in jail for insulting Islam after he announced on Facebook that he is an atheist, his lawyer said Sunday.

Karim al-Banna’s own father testified against him, alleging his son was “embracing extremist ideas against Islam.” He was jailed by a court in the Nile Delta province of Baheira on Saturday, the Agence France-Presse reported.

“He was handed down a three-year prison sentence, and if he pays a bail of 1,000 Egyptian pounds ($140), the sentence can be suspended until a verdict is issued by an appeals court,” Banna’s lawyer, Abdel Nabi, said.

An appeal is scheduled for March 9.

Does that mean that Egypt is run by a handful of extremists whose views are not supported by the majority of the muslim population?

Oh cool, rossiya segodyna, the paper renowned for publishing falsified statistics about homosexuals all the time

Also apparently, since the results were weighted in terms of multiple factors including ethnicity and religion, it appears europe should be more alarmed about non-Muslim support for ISIS which by this ridiculous poll seems to be almost on par with muslim extremist support of ISIS, if we are to assume that every Muslim supports ISIS in the first place (which is incredibly far removed from being the case)

I highly suggest u get over ur habit of providing dodgy evidence and statistics from sources that actually have a past history of making up their statistics

Also that site doesn't actually provide enough details about the poll itself for u to rly judge it's credibility

Not in france:

France – respondents were selected by random digit dialling (80% landline, 20% mobile) and interviews were conducted by a live interviewer. Responses were weighted to age, gender, profession of head of household and Agglomeration category.

way to ignore everything else i pointed out about it being an unreliable poll lol

i clicked on the view original article tab at the top and didn't get any additional information on the exact nature of the interview. I clicked on the view table of results part and it linked to a table for a completely different study

the study was also commissioned by a media outlet that has a significant past history of making up statistics too

in addition, the numbers make no logical sense, even assuming that 100% of Muslims support ISIS (nowhere close to that number do and you simply have to google any number of polls on muslim views of extremist activity) then the poll indicates that most of ISIS' support is in fact coming from non-Muslims (which is ridiculous lol)

The lefties/greens would fucking agree with that, since they are disagreeing with changes to 18c.... if you disagree with changes to 18c, your a fucking supporter of extreme islam, since with the 18c laws, you can't really say things like the link i put up

Oh ok so ONE Muslim you know is misogynistic therefore the entire fucking religion is full of extremist terrorists.

That argument can be pretty much countered by the fact that I know at least one perfectly normal Muslim and therefore every follower of Islam is 100% peaceful... which is equally not true.

Your only contributions to this thread have been to post wilfully dishonest material that supports your pre-conceived position of bigotry towards almost a quarter of the world's population.

You found twelve... only FUCKING TWELVE tweets that support your view and somehow that means all Muslims everywhere are dangerous terrorists? Aside from the obviously fallacious argument here, if there are that many extremists in the world... how are we all still alive? If 25% of the world's population are jihadists there would be hundreds of attacks like the ones in Paris every day.

And the only 'study' you can find to justify your hatred of almost two billion people is produced by an organisation known for deliberately misleading and frankly ridiculous 'statistics' on homosexuals... sounds like a knowledgeable and trustworthy source.

You know what? I couldn't care less whether or not you think Islam is a peaceful religion or not. I'm not trying to tell you what to think. But if you want me or anyone else to take anything you say seriously you could at least come up with an argument better than what an ape with half a brain could produce.
