OMFG! Man, I never watched neighbours or home and away....but this is one of the best Aussie dramas ever!

I LOVE IT. Who else is with me? The last time I watched an Aussie show was way back when water rats was still on TV.....

What are your reasons for it? why do you think its trash?

It has an OCesque quality about it in that a show meant to be about ordinary people manages to have a suburban utopian aura and it just severs the half hearted attempt to create a connection with the audience leaving it neither here nor there. I'm not against unrealistic shows but this kind makes these very shallow attempts to install a hint of reality which fails miserably. You either need to go the whole hog or be happy with the absurd. Like ACA or Inspector Rex it's almost as though the show was designed so it could be parodied.
