Hi, I'm thinking about keeping Food Tech as my HSC subject but this question just came up. I went on to SAM to see exactly just how badly it is scaled and am kind of surprised. Basically if you get 90 in your exam you get scaled down to 79.2, 95 to 88.2 and 100 to 92.2. Does that mean that even if I get 100 in my exam I get only 92.2? Is that the mark you get even if you are the top of the state?
