The site was doing that thing where it goes temporarily slow and i think a user was repping me and the same time and it counted as three different reps...weird...i know it was all at the same time because each of them says the same thing Has this happened before?

Yes, this has happened to me before and I got 6 by the same person. You only get the points for ONE rep though.
