Hey could you please help me with this question
i have read through heinemann,excel and macmillans and i have not found a direct or clear answer,
all help is appreciated

Question : Assess both informal and formal means of challenging the State and indicate how each can lead to a change in the law

-Lobby/Interest groups

Formal:

-Ombudsman
-Courts
-Delegated bodies

These are correct also AAT (administrative appeals tribunal), ICAC (independant comminsion against corruption) trade unions the most effective formal measn wld be AAT and for informal depends on what the prob is....trade unions 4 work probs and media etc... however there is a chpt in heinmann... i think its in part b somewhere u will find it

The courts provide 'judicial review' were they access of the laws made were with the correct power 'ultra vires' they change the law..

lobby groups campain 4 law reform

elected pplz introduce new las etc
