Hello everyone ! =]

Just wondering: I have a legal studies task I need to complete, and I have the following question -

Explain the changing nature of human rights with respect to the issue you have reported on.

What is meant by "changing nature of human rights"?

Please enlighten me, that would be greatly appreciated ! Thanks heaps!

say for example..human trafficking

you may initially talk about human trafficking blah blah blah
and then talk about how this has evovled into a much more
complex industry..like women and children are now trafficked
for sexual exploitation..

i suppose that's one changing nature..

I was given a task very similar to this at the start of last year I talked about the evolution of rights concerning refugees and the way in which they have evolved. The evolving nature would have been the way in which they have gained increased protection through time through international, domestics and non goverent mechanisms. It is also a current relevant issue with the Sri lankan boat people

Pm if you would like to look at my assignment, can't remember mark(it was good though) may give you a starting position
