Your school ranks and how your cohort went affect your final mark. A modulo is the modulus (length) of a curve

Yeah sadly at the top end alignment pretty much doesn’t happen. 100 gets aligned to 100 and 99 gets aligned to 99 ( 96 might end up getting bumped up 1 or 2

Move to Melbourne haha... their moderation/scaling (idk the system well) allows a 50/50 in spec (4u) to shift to 55 (out of 50)

I think if you can achieve an 85 then that should be a guarantee E4, but an 80 I'm not to sure maybe scaled up to an 89 or lower/higher depending on how everyone else goes. Good Luck!
