The maths cohort at your school is pree small (how many 3U classes r there)

Please go onto this website: http://topscores.info/, sort by "HSC Distinguished Achiever Counts per School and Subject" and figure out how many Band 6s your school obtained in the previous 2-3 years. In other words, this information will tell you what's the minimum rank you'll need to achieve, if you want to obtain at least a Band 6.

I'd say around 86.50

but since you are ranked 1 in most, it will depend on your external performances

1. 88-91
2. 93~

I think it is a bit touch and go but since you seem to be doing well with decent sized cohorts and based on band 6 achievements in the previous year I think that you should be around here. :spin:

Not sure if I'm being too optimistic or not with your marks. That's the ATAR I got from shoving it into talent 100 calc

Scenario 1: ~92
Hypothetical marks:
Eng Adv: 81
3U: 85
4U: 84
Phys: 82
Bio: 87

Scenario 2: ~95
Hypothetical marks:
Eng Adv: 83
3U: 88
4U: 87
Phys: 85
Bio: 90

Get your English rank up. Top 5 is really good (guaranteed band 5 or 6)

You dont understand that being top 5 at a school ranked 390 isnt a guaranteed band 6. My school is low 300s and in 5 years of HSC we've only had 3-4 band 6s in english ever
