Eh, it seems most of us are!

But do you parents expect you to be up there with them, Newbie? My folks have given up on idea of me getting in the 90s.

And Mic, I think everything you say is really valid ... I'm the youngest of two - but she was sensational and went to my school ... so not only do my relatives/family friends remember her mark and feel to think it state the bloody obvious day when they see me ... but 3 of my teachers bloody well do it too!

I also see why Australia is seen as the land of opportunities, particularly in the strand of education/career ... but I think that it's about realising the systems are different - and not a lot of parents do. Or family friends, particularly if the family friends are of the dominant culture

all my family friends are 99.85, 97.5, 99.6 and one guy with 54 :D

It is annoying how the asian parents congregate together and compare how good academically everyone is.

I hope i don't come last out of the asians.

but getting into uni isn't problem, i only need 82 :p
