Tonight I am going to attempt to make cheese and spinach quesadillas (though much more than cheese and spinach ) and some kind of peach danish thing for dessert.

was absolutely delicious!! Sliced peaches on top of puff pastry, coated with brown sugar, plum jam and icing sugar So simple, so awesome.

Edit: but apparently my lemon meringue is to die for.
Same with the apple strudel, apple betty, rhubarb cobbler, vanilla slice, lemon delicious and sticky date pudding. If it's a dessert chances are I can cook it.
