I love a committed relationship... although I've only ever had one, and it was the best thing in my life so far.

Based on my experiences I prefer relationships during that infatuation stage, after that, it gets a bit too dull for my tastes.

Yeh, I kinda find that too. After the initial stage, i end up gettin sorta bored.

err, the term relationship usually holds commitment as a given doesnt it ? or else it wouldnt be a relationship (in that sense of the word)

Not really, I think they're talking about the long term relationship where you're in it because you wake up everyday and find yet another new reason to love the person, whereas an uncommitted relationship is more like one where you stay with your partner because theres nothing else better going around at the time.
