ok those are valid reasons- but over time you'll get better and make less mistakesurgh... 1. i hate doing working out 2. i always like, accidentally transcribe 2 instead of 3 or something or i slightly mess up in like step 4 of 6

like wtf idfk how to do those like, not even one little step
ohh yeah that could be simplified so easily... just learn ASTC and how to do each angle, that's it. overcomplication at its finest right therealso i legit spent like 40+ minutes total yesterday across the idk, like 9-10 hours of maths, ranting about the uselessness of this:

like whoever decided that they would format all their equations using this USELESS formula should go fuck themselves... idk if i should actually get into what i mean cuz i rlly gotta get back to intro to calc![]()
i'm really sorry, thanks for the offer, but i'm having a break atm for some lunch...ok those are valid reasons- but over time you'll get better and make less mistakes
can i help u with those questions? for me, picturing what i'm looking for helps a ton.
Same thing for bio. Like we have more left to cover than we have already covered this yearI’m actually so cooked cause my school is so behind and we only started calculus on the last week of school when we were supposed to start in week 6. And we still have to somehow fit in the rest of calculus (which is basically the whole topic), logs, probability, exponential stuff and idk what else. All before prelims. They better take out a bunch of stuff. I hope they don’t rush through it
Ikr. I can’t believe some people like trigalso i legit spent like 40+ minutes total yesterday across the idk, like 9-10 hours of maths, ranting about the uselessness of this:

LITERALLY OMFG YES YOU GET IT RIGHT AWAY... just remember astc and the equation for each quadrantohh yeah that could be simplified so easily... just learn ASTC and how to do each angle, that's it. overcomplication at its finest right there
I thought for the 3rd quad it’s 180+thetaLITERALLY OMFG YES YOU GET IT RIGHT AWAY... just remember astc and the equation for each quadrant
but it really annoys me that they write questions like that too
because it really shouldn't be, say, sin(180-theta) = theta, the formula really should be 180-x = theta or whatever and forget the rubbish... because if you actually look at what you have to do to use that formula to work it out, YOU LITERALLY CAN'T USE THE VALUE THEY GIVE YOU IN THAT FORMULA. SO YOU HAVE TO DO 180-X ANYWAY
honestly, idk how you'd represent sin, cos and tan, but HERE'S a formula that ACTUALLY WORKS and YOU CAN PUT THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU INTO IT
1st quad, x=theta
2nd quad, 180-x=theta
3rd quad, x-180=theta
4th quad, 360-x=theta
because when you get a question like, "find the exact value of cos240" you can't put 240 anywhere into that equation. you HAVE TO TAKE 180 OFF THO!! so hence my new and improved equation... 240-180=theta bam you have your answer...
but no, its not... you get 240, then to find theta, you take 180 off!! SO ITS ACTUALLY X-180 !!! LIKE STEP THROUGH HOW TO DO IT180+thera
THIS IS LITERALLY THE BANE OF MY EXISTENEC YOU CAN'T ADD THETA WHEN YOU HAVEN'T GOT IT YET?????????? FUCK ME OMFG180+thera
Wait can’t u do 360-240 because cos is positive in the 4th quad which will give 120. Idk what I’m doing. Oh wait but then you’ll just have to minus it from 180 againbut no, its not... you get 240, then to find theta, you take 180 off!! SO ITS ACTUALLY X-180 !!! LIKE STEP THROUGH HOW TO DO IT
1. cos240 so quad 3 and negative
2. x-180 = theta
3. 240-180 = 60
4. theta = 60
um, fourth quad at 270, right?Wait can’t u do 360-240 because cos is positive in the 4th quad which will give 120. Idk what I’m doing. Oh wait but then you’ll just have to minus it from 180 again
Yeah it’s between 270-360. But it’s about whether the or not cos is positive or negative which determines which quad u use right?um, fourth quad at 270, right?
i think its more which quad its in determines whether or not cos is +-Yeah it’s between 270-360. But it’s about whether the or not cos is positive or negative which determines which quad u use right?
now i fixed my og poststudy cos240 is in the third quadrant
and cos is negative in that quadrant...
were u getting messed up cuz i forgot the negative
