Hey guys..

In the last lecture I remember trish saying that we could take in TWO pages, BOTH double sided of typed text for the exam? Despite the fact earlier in the year she said One, but then also she said it could be typed, and the unit outline says handwritten, so I'd not be surprised if they changed it again without giving us proper notice.

Anyway, I've emailed Trish: she's not responding. Tried to find my tutor's (shirley) email address this morning, but can't find it online -- the mq website doesn't have it, and y unit outline where I wrote it down is... somewhere.

SO. Could someone email their tutor if you have their email address and ask what the go is for me?

no I didnot say that I said one A4 paper and you can write on both
sides. Do not make the mistake of bringing in more as they will be
confiscated. I have told you many times 1 sheet.
good luck in the exam
There ya go. Must have misheard her...

I've got lots of dot points from the textbook, so basically all the logic an ifs and buts out of the textbook is on the paper. Don't know that I'll fit that level of detail for all chapters, so I'll cut out what I don't need.

Figure we'd be better having more information on Partnership, so we can waffle... or just know it well, and have some cases written down.

Contract, I'm putting as much in for everything as I can fit in the smallest size possible.. would ratehr have too much than not enough...

Boink, Names is enough, we don't need years. Just remember they can be void, valid or voidable if you can. I'm not sure that she'll do something with minors, but then, don't take my word for that

Choco, we need to know everything in the book about exclusion clauses. Just learn it: you'll be better off for it than if you try and write it all down...

I'll be revising agency as of monday afternoon. And partnership, and everything else. Will let you know what I've put in there, once I'm done, if you like.

Don't panic, guys, there's tonnes of time! ;)
