Thats cool, just I once saw someone keep chaning their mind until the judge said "Am I honouring or worshiping I dont care as long as its one or the other"

Sometimes you have other names for them

Damn, could of done a lot better! The magistrate (Tracey) cut me half way through s 32. I was going through granting bail in the in the best interest of the person when she asked, you need to address the police's concerns over your client's offense. Ruined everything, that was the bulk of my s32.

You put effort into it so it should pay off.

Magistrate - Why is that point relevant as i do not think it applies in your client's case?

Me : it just does

Magistrate : You need to support your claims with a relevant section from the Act

Me : no i don't i don't care.. it just does

Magistrate : perhaps you could explain to me why it is relevant then?

Me : No i can't... i hate this assessment, it woulda helped if we'd done a practice one properly in class so you should expect us all to stuff up and have no idea what you mean !!! :p

You guys would be pleased to know, that while at UTS open day, a student suggested UWS is the best place to do law. Stick it to all those who diss it :)

Student: Hi what do you want to do next year?
Me: Law
Student: Ohhh I did Arts/Law here but if I were you I'd do it at UWS
Me: *shock - no one ever says that* why?
Student: the course is much better at UWS much more practical
Me: how so?, everyone says that to me
Student: well at UWS you get to do the practical stuff from the beginning but here you have to wait till ur final years
Me: well I probably will, anyway the cut off is more attainable than here 90ish
student: Its LOWER??? easier to get into and a better course
