Im thinking of doing a Bachelor of Science at UNSW if I didnt find it suitable is there a way I can transfer into Exercise science (physiology), physiotherapist or even into a Bachelor of commerce?

Transfers will consider what you got for your UAI/ATAR and the marks you got during your time at uni.

My atar is 72.90 but i got the AAA scholarship (school is ranked mid 600s), what GPA would I need to average?
