Same thing as B Software Engineering or BIT without the qualifications or work placement/internship or B Science (Computer Science).

From what I have done so far, it is quite easy but it tends to get really boring. You do not require any background in programming unless you want to take the B Computer Science and Technology (Advanced) (98 atar I think).

I hear that the Advanced degree is a lot more interesting as students get to work on projects with professors and postgraduate researchers.

I can't really answer your question after all of that. I like it. A lot of people doing the mentioned degrees do not.

Practicals would mainly consist of writing code, designing websites, networking, playing AI, possibly go into circuits and embedded systems if that's your thing.

The only Science you would touch would be junior mathematics. Although, you might decide to do computational science or bioinformatics units for electives, which may require physics and biology.
