For my course it is possible to get flexible entry into sydney with a band 4 or over in most subjects so I was just wondering...
Are bonus points included with your atar when you receive it or not?

No they arent. Bonus points dont add to your ATAR, each individual uni has their own entry system and they rank candidates according to it.
